Niabraze Electroplated Wheels

Electroplated diamond and CBN wheels are available in a variety of shapes, sizes, and forms. Whether it be form or facing, mounted or drum, we can produce virtually any type of wheel configuration to your exact specifications.

Our electroplated products are a mono-layer of diamond bonded with a durable nickel alloy.  Unlike impregnated diamond metal, vitrified, & resin bonded products, with electroplated tooling the diamond/CBN is not buried thus protruding from the matrix providing a freer, faster cutting action with minimum heat generation.  Another distinct benefit of electroplated tooling is their lower cost.

These products can be used for grinding operations, facing operations, scoring operations, contouring operations, & cutting operations. Wheels can be used in the roughing or finishing stages. Niabraze coats grit sizes ranging from 20/30 mesh down through 1000 mesh particles.

Diamond electroplated products are used in many non-ferrous applications such as fiberglass, ceramics, carbon, graphite, phenolic composites, aerospace materials, and other abrasive applications.
