Brazed Diamond Hole Saws
Diamond hole saws are used for cutting very abrasive non-ferrous materials. A Niabraze diamond saw will out perform and outlast conventional toothed hole saws. The core is constructed out of bi-metal high speed steel providing durability and true cutting for extensive use.
NIABRAZE manufacture’s its diamond hole saws via a vacuum brazing process. Again, a mono-layer of diamond is bonded to the steel core but rather than an electroplated nickel matrix, filler metal is the bonding agent at very high temperatures in brazing furnaces. By doing so we can further improve the overall diamond exposure while maintaining excellent adhesion. You hole saw will allow for fast, free, efficient cutting. Custom sized hole saws are also available.
