Electroplated Bond
Niabraze's electroplating process bonds a highly concentrated mono-layer of diamond or CBN particles to steel tooling using a strong nickel matrix. Maximum particle exposure optimizes cutting life and allows for an efficient and aggressive cut.
We offer a high quality, wide range of stock circular saws and cut-off wheels as listed in the table below; but, more importantly, we custom make to your specifications any circular saw up to 44" in diameter with a variety of grit sizes and edge configurations such as full radius, square edge, and broken edge.
